Detailed Description

Read and store bowden length.

Legacy functions for setting bowden length for each slot have been removed (we are out of space). It doesn't look to be practical to set bowden lengths for per slot anymore, because the filament loading algoritm is much more intelligent than in FW 1.0.6 and slight differences in pulley gear diameters will be hard to spot at runtime. Moreover, the FW now contains autotuning of the bowden length, so the user should not need to set the register in any way.
